UK & IRELAND

All displayed prices INCLUDE delivery in the UK & IRELAND.
We ship from our warehouse in Dublin, Ireland. All in stock orders dispatched by the end of the next working day. (Generally all orders taken before 4PM shipped same day) Our Policy is not to take orders on out of stock items.

Wheels & Seals (under 900mm length) by Royal Mail or AnPost (Irish Postal System) - please allow approx 3-5 working days.
Seals over 900mm length - By courier. Please allow approx 2-3 working days - we will send tracking details with dispatch confirmation e-mail.

EUROPE

We offer a European shipping service to all EU countries. Please choose at checkout. It is an AIRMAIL service , only available for small parts (wheels , guides etc & seals under 900mm long). All orders are sent standard post and are not tracked. They can take up to 2 weeks. Typically one week.

US , CANADA , AUSTRALIA & NEW ZEALAND.

We offer an AIRMAIL service. Please choose at checkout. It is only available for small parts (wheels , guides etc & seals under 900mm long). All orders are sent standard post and are not tracked . Main US / Canadian cities typically 3-5 days. Australia & New Zealand 2-3 weeks.


Missed Deliveries

Our couriers will attempt to deliver to you twice. If you are not available, the driver will leave a card with a reference number. Please call and give the reference number. We can then either arrange for re-delivery or you can collect from the local depot.

Signing for Goods

On signing for the goods, even if you write the words "Unchecked" or similar on the delivery note; then you are accepting that the goods arrived in good condition. Please check all goods upon arrival for any signs of damage.Once the goods are signed for, they become your responsibility. Transit damage to the goods, shortages, or incorrect goods supplied, must be noted on upon delivery of consignment or within 48 hours either by telephone or email.Please remember we are dealing with fragile products and accidents can happen. In such an event we will be as helpful as possible in resolving any issues.If we are not notified of any damages or shortages within 24 hours we are unable to claim from the manufacturer.
You therefore agree to indemnify us in full; for any losses we suffer as a result of your failure to notify us within this time.If someone else is signing for the goods on your behalf you agree to advise them that the goods must be checked, and you accept full responsibility for any loss or damage if they sign on your behalf and fail to check. You also agree to indemnify us in full for any losses we suffer as a result of you or your agent accepting goods and signing a delivery note without thoroughly checking the goods for damage.
